The African Union Mission mandate in Somalia (AMISOM) ends

The African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) has supported that country’s government in the fight against al-Shabaab for the past 15 years. The operation was due to end in December 2021, and an agreement has finally been reached on the change of mandate. CGTN’s Daniel Arap Moi tells us more.

    Mition in somalia to continue
    Because they are fairly
    15years they wasn't enough work however i would like to say enough is enough
    They have to leave our country somalia has enough military well training experience and well known in somalia as well so thanks they uniate nation's resolution

  2. 2007 is a long time and they claiming that they capture in 2020 those towns 😑 how many Countries are there how many years how many army they have. We all know why Ethiopia and kenya are in Somalia 🇸🇴.

  3. EU funded Amisom isn't African initiative but it failed to eradicate alshabab their only objective for over a decade they need to go home. We're tired of foreigners carrying guns on our land.
