An investigation into Maddy Cusack’s death found “no evidence of wrongdoing” at Sheffield United.

The investigation was carried out by an independent third party at the request of Cusack’s family.

In November, Derbyshire Police said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death. Last month, a coroner opened and adjourned an inquest into her death, local media reported.
