Kylian Mbappe reveals Liverpool talks before signing PSG deal

Kylian Mbappe says he had talks with Liverpool before extending his contract at PSG.

The 23-year-old this week renewed his deal to stay in France – snubbing the chance to join Real Madrid.

But in an interview with The Telegraph he also revealed he had spoken to Jurgen Klopp’s side.

He said: “We talked a little bit, but not too much. We talked a little bit.”

Earlier this month, Klopp said the club had a good relationship with the player but were not in a financial position to compete for his signature…

  2. Liverpool FC is the most successful football club in British Football History with more trophies than any other Club in the UK!! Football didn't just begin in 1992! Besides the club operated with minimum revenue as compared to Man u & city before the arrival of the FSG in 2010.. having more premier League titles does not mean other clubs without a significant number of league titles don't deserve support from fans nor don't deserve to sign big players! People need to mature and stop the 1992 football moving forward nonsense! .. any day any time Liverpool FC is the MOST successful football club in the British History with great football Heritage and History!
