Sue Smith and Stephen Warnock analyised Manchester City’s 2-1 win over Luton at Kenilworth Road.

Pep Guardiola fired a warning to all of Manchester City’s doubters, declaring his team are ready to prove them wrong but is unsure when Erling Haaland will return.

City showed their champions’ mettle as they came from behind to beat Luton 2-1 – and register their first Premier League win in a month. This was an important win for Guardiola and his players who were on a run of four games without a win after being swept aside by Aston Villa in midweek in an unusually timid performance.

The treble winners played at Kenilworth Road without striker Haaland due to a bone injury in his foot.

  1. His creator forgot to upgrade the chip after last season..
That's why he's been on and off this season, it's been glitching.
His creator dialed me up and said his new chip is loading, it's at 60% now

  2. Doesnt really matter as long as Rodri and Bernardo are fit. Haaland is the only overrated City player of all time and with Alvarez on top City will do just fine.

  3. Well the injury he claimed he was injured during the international break came back to hunt him, he will be miss though but City team itself is unstable even when Haaland was fit but Alvarez is there

  4. I'm sure he'll be back in time for the club world cup. But I said this when he was out for his ankle injury, that he shouldn't be rushed back even if he's cleared to play. He should rest and get extra time to recover
