The Dub’s Mollie and Rosie Kmita gave their thoughts on the news that Emma Hayes will leave Chelsea and the WSL at the end of this season.

Hayes is in talks with US Soccer and is the preferred candidate to be the new head coach of their women’s national team after Chelsea announced she would be leaving at the end of the season.

Chelsea said Hayes, who is one of the most respected and successful managers in women’s football, is departing “to pursue a new opportunity outside of the WSL and club football”.

The announcement was made shortly after Hayes’ Chelsea team won 6-0 at Aston Villa to return to the top of the WSL table.

  1. I think you can. Take any manager that gives top French, German, and Spanish teams a run for their money. Also I’m sure chelsea can afford to get a top manager from those countries best sides

  2. Greater than Mourinho,Ancelotti and Tuchel she deserves a statue…
Chelsea are bigger than the USWNT they fired their general manager and coach probably getting concessions to shape the US college system and the national team player path very exciting and painful for me as a Chelsea fan.
